Abstract
Two patients with acquired posterior urethral diverticulum that is a complication of laparoscopic assisted anorectoplasty underwent urethroscopic holmium: YAG laser ablation. After the ablation therapies, the size of the diverticulum markedly decreased in both patients. Holmium: YAG laser is safe and easy to handle in the small pediatric urethra.Entities:
