Abstract
Signaling through the Hippo pathway controls major aspects of cell growth and proliferation. Focusing on the metabolic consequences of Hippo signaling, Mulvihill and colleagues in this issue of Chemistry & Biology employ a large scale, integrative approach and uncover downstream reorganization of cellular metabolism when the effector TAZ is upregulated, identifying new connections to lipid metabolism.Entities:
