Abstract
A 38 years old man with 48 hours of gastrointestinal bleeding was admitted to the hospital. The EGD revealed red-purple nodules in the gastric antrum. Histopathologically, there were spindle cells and capillary size vascular proliferation. These findings were consistent with Kaposi sarcoma of the stomach. Immediately after, the patient had a positive test for HIV.Entities:
