G R Glover1.

Abstract

Routine DHSS data show that in London, Jamaicans have higher psychiatric admission rates than Barbadians or Trinidadians. A higher proportion of admissions of Jamaican and Barbadian men receive a diagnosis of schizophrenia while a higher proportion of Trinidadians are diagnosed as affective disorders.
