Abstract
Immunosuppressed patients are at highest risk for disseminated histoplasmosis, but only a few cases have been reported in hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients. We report a case of disseminated histoplasmosis in an allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipient residing in a non-endemic area. Diagnosis was first suspected based on a peripheral blood smear.Entities:
