Abstract
In this paper, we sequenced the complete mitochondrial genome of the Squalidus sp.SX0527 (Cypriniformes: Cyprinidae). The genome is 16,608 bp in size; it contains 22 tRNA genes, 13 PCD genes, 2 rRNA genes, and 2 non-coding regions. The total base composition is: 30.00% A, 25.48% T, 27.67% C, and 16.85% G, respectively. This study will contribute to species identification and natural resources conservation of Squalidus fishes.Entities:
