Abstract
Gastric necrosis in association with strangulation of a paraoesophageal hernia is a rare but life-threatening condition. The present article reports a case of strangulated paraoesophageal hernia with gastric necrosis in an obese woman treated successfully by acute sleeve gastrectomy. © JSCR.Entities:
