Abstract
After exposure to mitomycin C, the mouse lymphoma cell mutant MCN-151, previously shown to be sensitive to the toxic effect of the drug, demonstrates higher frequencies of chromatid-type aberrations and of aberrant cells in comparison to L5178Y cells. At any given dose of mitomycin C, the frequencies of chromosomal aberrations increased with time reaching a plateau in both cell strains, with the mutant in all cases being more sensitive than normal cells.Entities:
