Choosing health.

David Ozonoff1.

Abstract

The Melkirch Model is an important effort to establish a common framework for sustainable programs to improve health. We briefly discuss the choice to focus health and the assumption that individual and population wellbeing are always compatible. Despite the inevitable difficulties in such an ambitious endeavor, the Model is part of a critical conversation.
