Aphasia due to isolated infarction of the corpus callosum.

Abstract

A 63-year-old man with an isolated infarction of the corpus callosum developed expressive aphasia in addition to the deficits traditionally associated with a disconnection syndrome. 2014 BMJ Publishing Group Ltd.
