Abstract
This article discusses how biological and psychosocial perspectives might integrate into a unified framework - the bio-psychosocial model - that can be used to explain how mental health problems at work are generated and that can be subsequently employed in workplace intervention. It concludes with a brief review of the advantages and ethical pitfalls that arise with this approach.Entities:
