Abstract
Papillary thyroid cancer is one of the most common endocrine malignancies, and it is often associated with an excellent prognosis. However, it has been shown to recur in the lymph nodes in the neck. The management of these lymph nodes remains controversial, and current treatment strategies include observation, surgery, radioactive iodine ablation, and percutaneous ethanol injection.
