Abstract
Polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) is an idiopathic systemic inflammatory condition manifesting as aches and muscle stiffness of the proximal muscle groups. Very rarely, PMR can be associated with serositis. We report a very rare case of PMR where the patient's primary presentation was a pleuropericardial syndrome (pleuropericardial effusion). 2014 BMJ Publishing Group Ltd.Entities:
