Abstract
Bilateral simultaneous dacryocystorhinostomy is advocated in patients who have bilateral symptoms of lacrimal obstruction in which both tear ducts are blocked. By performing the dacryocystorhinostomies simultaneously the success rate is not compromised, and it is possible to rehabilitate the patient with one anesthetic, and only one period of time off work.Entities:
