Abstract
A case that is a recurrence of the localization of the first described case: within the first metacarpal bone, has been presented in detail. The tumor was of enormous size, eliminating grip function of the hand. It was removed surgically together with the whole first metacarpal bone, which original borders could not be determined. In the place of the removed tumor, freeze-dried cortical-spongy bone was inserted. The follow-up at 5 years after operation revealed full healing of the graft, without any symptoms of tumor metastasis and excellent hand function.Entities:
