Abstract
Myxofibrosarcoma (MFS) is an extremely rare tumor of the orbit, with only 3 cases reported in the literature, although it is one of the most frequent sarcomas arising from extremities in the elderly patients. The scarcity of literature regarding orbital MFS poses a challenge in its diagnosis and management. A new case of orbital MFS, its clinicopathologic correlation, and management with a brief review of literature is reported.Entities:
