Distal radius fracture with tendon entrapment.

J L Shively, D S Lesnick.

Abstract

Tendon entrapment from a distal radial fracture, previously reported in adults, occurred in an adolescent male patient. Inability to reduce such a fracture should suggest possible entrapped soft tissue and/or tendons best approached by open reduction through a dorsal incision. Copyright 2013, SLACK Incorporated.
