Abstract
The endpoint of pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) is complete electrical disconnection of PV from the rest of the atrium. In the presented case transient entrance but no exit block was recorded during isolation of the left superior PV. Although the mechanism remains unclear exit block may be important to test for in some patients to provide bidirectional PVI.Entities:
