Abstract
Macromolecular (pro)drugs interfere with the proliferation of HIV through both inhibition of viral cell entry and via intracellular delivery of antiviral drugs. Lead polymer conjugates exhibit longevity of action exceeding that of parent nucleoside analogue drug and are active in primary T cell over at least 72 h.Entities:
