Abstract
Two cases of large, cystic acoustic neurinoma are described. On computed tomographic scans, cystic acoustic neurinomas resemble, and may be confused with, other tumors of the cerebellopontine angle. A cystic acoustic neurinoma should be considered in the event of a large, cystic cerebellopontine angle tumor, especially if there is no significant hearing loss and no destruction of the internal auditory canal.Entities:
