Abstract
Circumscribed choroidal hemangioma (CCH) is rarely associated with choroidal neovascularization (CNV), especially in HIV-infected patients. And the therapy is still controversial. In this study, we discussed the mechanism, clinical feature and treatment of such lesions, based on multi-modality imaging evidences. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) might aggravate CNV as a side effect, and we concluded that intravitreal ranibizumab could be suggested as an effective therapy.Entities:
