Abstract
We describe a technique for closed-chamber iris repair that prevents knot and suture tail exposure into the anterior chamber. This modification of the Siepser sliding slipknot suture technique is particularly important in the setting of combined or future endothelial keratoplasty to prevent mechanical damage to donor endothelium during transplantation.Entities:
