Abstract
Crohn's disease (CD) can occur anywhere in the gastrointestinal tract from the mouth to the anus and sometimes it presents in a nonspecific manner. Herein we describe a case of local peritonitis as the first manifestation of CD in an 11-year-old girl, and the subsequent method of treatment.Entities:
