Abstract
Pyogenic granuloma is regarded as a vascular proliferation that may result from trauma or local irritation. The most common intraoral site is the gingiva, affected in 75 % of cases. Therapy of pyogenic granuloma consists of surgical excision. Recurrence after excision may occur. In our patient, there were no post-operative complications.Entities:
