The Inclusion Criteria
| 1 | Vesicular Lesions of Skin and Mucus Membranes Without any Explanations |
|---|---|
|
| Repeated seizures (more than one time) without any explanations |
|
| If the clinical picture did not improve after 48 hours of antibiotic therapy |
|
| Sepsis with elevated level of liver enzymes |
|
| All ill and toxic neonates and infants are with shock, DIC[ |
|
| Mononuclear pleocytosis of CSF[ |
|
| Positive mother history of genital herpes |
|
| Pneumonia with unknown cause |
|
| All neonates and infants who died during hospitalization |
|
| All neonates and infants with suspected TORCH[ |
