Abstract
Benign fibrous overgrowths are often found in the oral cavity, almost always being reactive/irritational in nature. However, benign mesenchymal neoplasms of the fibroblasts are extremely uncommon. Here we report a case of "True Fibroma of Alveolar Mucosa" for its rarity.Entities:
