Abstract
Urothelial carcinoma of the upper urinary tract is relatively rare. The standard treatment is invariably radical nephroureterectomy. In selected cases organ sparing surgery is justified. We present the case of the tumor of the kidney pelvis in a solitary organ where laparoscopic approach was successfully applied.Entities:
