Abstract
Protease and fatty acids are known to serve as pathogenic factors against root-knot nematodes. Here, we utilized Karanja deoiled cake as a nitrogen source for the first time in induction of protease by Paecilomyces lilacinus. Fatty acids, especially butyric acid, have also been detected in the same fungal culture filtrate.Entities:
