Abstract
This protocol outlines a procedure for testing whether two proteins interact. A target protein will be immunoprecipitated using an antibody that recognizes it (or a tagged version of the protein). The immunoprecipitated material will be separated by SDS-PAGE and analyzed by Western blotting to assess the presence of a candidate interacting protein(s).Entities:
