Abstract
Percutaneous approaches to upper tract urothelial cancers have been performed in patients unsuitable for radical nephroureterectomy. We present two cases of transitional cell carcinoma involving the renal pelvis in either functional or anatomical solitary kidney, which were successfully treated by percutaneous nephroscopic resection using monopolar electrocautery.Entities:
