Abstract
We describe a patient with severe hypothermia, in whom the electrocardiogram showed giant J-waves, also known as Osborn waves, distinguishable in the inferior and anterolateral leads. Moreover, a Brugada-like pattern was also visible in leads V2 and V3. The presented case and ECG findings may contribute to the discussion about the pathophysiologic mechanism underlying Brugada syndrome and giant J-wave.Entities:
