Abstract
•Primary invasive breast carcinoma can be found arising from within mammary-like glands in the vulva.•There is no standard management strategy for this rare disease; treatment recommendations should be similar to that for primary breast carcinoma.•The use of sentinel lymph node biopsy may offer another management option for this disease.Entities:
