Abstract
We report a case of pericardial effusion induced by methotrexate in a patient with low risk gestational trophoblastic neoplasia, who had been taking the first course of sequential methotrexate-folinic acid treatment. After aspiration of pericardial effusion another methotrexate-folinic acid course was given and the pericardial effusion did not relapse.Entities:
