Abstract
Isolated functional dysphagia (IFD) was rarely cited in human adults. Here we reported a case of a patient which presented IFD. A constructivist approach revealed a primacy of the assimilation and an incapacity to overcoming the difficulties. The constructivist approach permitted the disappearing of the symptom. The concept and the technic of such approach are discussed.Entities:
