Abstract
This study presents a case of avulsion of the left renal artery from the aorta and splenic rupture after blunt abdominal trauma accompanied by an extensive crush syndrome. Based on contrast-enhanced abdominal ultrasound and computed tomography CT, the patient was qualified for urgent surgical intervention with removal of the injured kidney and spleen.Entities:
