Abstract
We report a rare case of a patient presenting with scrotal hematoma associated with retroperitoneal hemorrhage after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). We propose a mechanism for the formation of scrotal hematoma and its importance as a sign of retroperitoneal hemorrhage.Entities:
