Abstract
Intramyocardial dissecting hematoma is a rare form of incomplete cardiac rupture usually reported with reference to the left ventricle or interventricular septum. Here we report the case of a 64-year-old man with an isolated right ventricular dissecting intramyocardial hematoma following coronary artery bypass surgery.Entities:
