The question of chlorophyll-formation in plant tumors.

The formation of chlorophyll and the distribution of the chloroplasts in Bryophyllum tumor tissue has been studied under various conditions of illumination. The results are discussed under the assumption that a relation exists between chlorophyll biogenesis and the occurrence of differentiation processes.
