Abstract
A method for staining iron proteins on polyacrylamide gel electropherograms is described. It is based upon catalysis, by iron, of the oxidation of diaminobenzoic acid by hydrogen peroxide. Bands containing as little as 5 ng of protein-bound iron can be visualized by this method.Entities:
