Abstract
Eight U.S. and Japanese strains of avian infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) were tested for their interferon-inducing ability in chickens. All strains induced interferon (IFN) in several organs of six-week-old SPF chickens. However, the extent of IFN formation in these chickens was not necessarily the same from one strain to another.Entities:
