Abstract
Albuminuria has been previously reported as a risk factor for mortality in people with diabetes. In a retrospective series of 455 patients with diabetes and foot ulcers, albuminuria was a predictive factor of in-hospital mortality. Other predictive factors were: white blood cell count>12.9×10(9)/L, haemoglobin<108g/L and age >75 years old.Entities:
