Abstract
This case demonstrates an alternative approach to cerebral revascularization by performing both intravascular mechanical thrombectomy and local injection of thrombolytics that may reduce mortality, bleeding, and the diminished quality of life experienced by patients following an acute septic embolic stroke.Entities:
