Abstract
In the field of wound care, the management of nonhealing wounds requires particular attention. Biopsy is often performed in such cases to rule out underlying malignancy; however, the differential remains broad. In the following case, we discuss a nonhealing post traumatic wound in a diabetic patient, secondary to unrecognized tophus.Entities:
