Abstract
The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Fe(C5H5)(C9H6ClN2)], contains two independent mol-ecules in which the cyclo-penta-dienyl rings are almost parallel, making dihedral angles of 2.16 (4) and 2.71 (5), and the dihedral angles between the pyridazinyl and substituted cyclo-penta-dienyl rings are 9.65 (5) and 11.53 (8)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by C-H⋯N hydrogen bonds into chains along the c-axis direction.Entities:
