Intranuclear crystals in plant embryo cells.

Abstract

Two types of protein crystal occur in the nuclei of all tissues of the embryos of Fraxinus excelsior and F. americana. Small crystals about 0.1 micron in diameter and large crystals from 1-4 microns in diameter are described.
