Abstract
Esophagectomy after pneumonectomy is very rare. We present a case of esophagectomy for esophageal cancer after left pneumonectomy. By application of an endobronchial blocker, satisfactory results were achieved and the disadvantages of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, cardiopulmonary bypass, and other ventilation methods were avoided.Entities:
