Abstract
Pectoralis major transfer (partial or complete) is the most common transfer to the scapula for winging as a result of serratus anterior paralysis or injury. The most commonly described technique is to transfer the pectoralis major prolonged with tendon allograft or autograft to the scapula. We present a technique that entails direct transfer of the sternal head of the pectoralis major with its bony insertion to the lower scapula.Entities:
