Living and learning with managed care.

J M Lewis1, M J Blotcky.

Abstract

As the external forces of managed health care change the face of clinical services, residency training programs are confronted with complex clinical, programmatic, administrative, didactic, and psychological issues. The authors outline one program's response to these training challenges and survey a variety of problems commonly encountered by residents and supervisors.
