Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Spontaneous hemoperitoneum in healthy males is an extremely rare, life threatening emergency condition with high mortality and morbidity, if not diagnosed and managed early. PRESENTATION OF CASE: We present a 33-year-old male who presented with hemoperitoneum following self-induced vomiting. DISCUSSION: To suspect and diagnose the condition is a challenge for clinician if ambiguity in presentation prevails.Entities:
