Abstract
Postsurgical sternal wound infection is a serious post-operative complication of cardiac surgery. Aspergillus infection of the sternum is extremely rare. We describe a case of sternal infection due to Aspergillus in an immunocompetent patient following aortic valve replacement.Entities:
